All n888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are accepted.
Each individual may hold only one n888 account. Multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of balance.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and n888 ("n888", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the n888 website at n888.lat and all associated mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the n888 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until age verification is complete, withdrawal access will remain restricted on all n888 accounts.
Each Member may hold only one (1) account on the n888 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, voiding of any pending bets, and forfeiture of balances determined to have been obtained through duplicate account activity.
When registering your n888 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number in active use. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n888 login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All deposits to your n888 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. n888 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa mobile wallets, JazzCash mobile wallets, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Direct, Meezan Bank transfers, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
All funds deposited to your n888 account are held in PKR. No interest shall accrue on your n888 account balance. Deposits are intended for the sole purpose of placing wagers and engaging with the n888 Platform's gaming and betting products.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction in the n888 Cashier section and may vary by payment method.
n888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that it, in its sole discretion, considers unusual in size, frequency, or origin. This may involve requesting documentation regarding the source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.
Withdrawal requests on the n888 Platform are subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification requires submission and approval of valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport) and, where required by n888's compliance procedures, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
From time to time, n888 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
n888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where n888 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, or any form of collusion with other Members in respect of promotional offers.
All sports betting markets on the n888 Platform, including PSL cricket, international T20I, UFC, and other events, are governed by the specific sport rules published in the n888 Help Centre. In general:

All content on the n888 Platform, including but not limited to the n888 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of n888 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to n888.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the n888 Platform without the express prior written consent of n888.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the n888 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in displayed odds or game results.
n888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit n888's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit to your n888 account. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

Amended Terms take effect fourteen (14) days after notification unless the amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement, in which case it takes effect immediately.
Your continued use of the n888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your n888 account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which n888 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the n888 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting n888 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent n888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where immediate relief is required.
